The All Hazards Consortium (AHC) is a 20 year-old nationally recognized non-profit organization that brings together industry and government stakeholders to improve disaster planning, response, information sharing, and operational problem solving to get infrastructure, businesses and communities back back to normal faster following a crisis. 

The AHC provides the legal and FOIA protected framework that supports the SISE and year-round public/private collaboration that drives cross-sector innovation, problem solving, solution development and trust within a vetted community of professionals.

The value of becoming a member of the AHC includes:

Access to the SISE (Sensitive Information Sharing Environment) Community and the ongoing solutions, programs, exercises and problem solving efforts through its multiple working groups year-round.. all included in a single membership fee.

Cross-Functional Problem Solving via Planning, Training
& Exercises with States and Private Sector Representatives

Networking: AHC members have access to a network of stakeholders from various sectors, including government, private industry, and academia. This network can provide valuable connections and resources for disaster response and resilience efforts.
Cross-Sector Planning / Exercises: AHC members can participate in group or customized cross-sector, cross-functional exercises designed to enhance coordination between external stakeholders including states, trade groups & companies in their supply-chains for power, communications, transportation, water, food, healthcare, retail, fuel, etc....
Collaboration: The AHC facilitates collaboration among its members, which can lead to improved communication, information sharing, and coordination during disasters.
Access to resources: AHC members have access to various resources, such as best practices, research, and tools, which can help improve disaster response and resilience efforts.
Training and Education: The AHC provides training and educational opportunities for its members, which can help improve disaster response and resilience capabilities.
Research & Grants: AHC members become aware of federal grant project opportunities that can turn into funded projects, partnerships, and initiatives. They can collaborate on implementing the projects and putting the research into operation.
Operational Situational Awareness: When disaster strikes, AHC members share information among themselves via the AHC's Sensitive Information Sharing Environment (SISE), a FIOA protected, safe environment, that supports trusted crowdsourcing of operational information between 100+ organization in government & industry.
Influence: AHC members have a voice in shaping policies and practices related to disaster response and resilience. As a member, individuals and organizations can participate in AHC committees and working groups to provide input on important issues.

Overall, becoming a member of the AHC can provide valuable networking opportunities, collaboration, training and education, access to resources, and influence in shaping disaster response and resilience policies and practices.

NOTE: AHC Membership includes access to most all AHC working groups, meetings, solutions, and services (except where noted). 
A single fee provide year-round access and participation for up to three (3) people.
  • Work Groups: Participation on working groups and their work products, exercises, and solutions
  • Meetings / Workshops: Participation in member only meetings, workshops and annual meetings.
  • ​​Operations: Access to the SISE-net SIGNAL app's cross-sector channels for real-time situational awareness and updates from state, feds, and sectors during disasters
  • Services: Access to the entire SISE-net Hub 2.0, the Operational Directory and new updated Hub features and services as they are developed; receive email introductions to other members when needed most, get information faster with email member support. 
  • Projects: Have a seat at the table with other members to help shape jointly resourced projects, research, or joint grant applications
