The All Hazards Consortium (AHC) is a 17 year-old nationally recognized non-profit organization that brings together government and industry stakeholders to improve disaster response, information sharing, and operational problem solving for infrastructure resilience.

The value of becoming a member of the AHC includes:

Networking: AHC members have access to a network of stakeholders from various sectors, including government, private industry, and academia. This network can provide valuable connections and resources for disaster response and resilience efforts.
Cross-Sector Exercises: AHC members can participate in group or customized cross-sector exercises designed to enhance coordination between external stakeholders including states, trade groups & companies in their supply-chains for power, communications, transportation, water, food or fuel.
Collaboration: The AHC facilitates collaboration among its members, which can lead to improved communication, information sharing, and coordination during disasters.
Access to resources: AHC members have access to various resources, such as best practices, research, and tools, which can help improve disaster response and resilience efforts.
Training and education: The AHC provides training and educational opportunities for its members, which can help improve disaster response and resilience capabilities.
Research & Grants: AHC members become aware of federal research project opportunities and grants that can turn into funded projects, partnerships, and initiatives. They can collaborate on implementing the projects and putting the research into operation.
Operational Situational Awareness: When disaster strikes, AHC members share information among themselves via the AHC's Sensitive Information Sharing Environment (SISE), a FIOA protected, safe environment, that supports trusted crowdsourcing of operational information between 100+ organization in government & industry.
Influence: AHC members have a voice in shaping policies and practices related to disaster response and resilience. As a member, individuals and organizations can participate in AHC committees and working groups to provide input on important issues.

Overall, becoming a member of the AHC can provide valuable networking opportunities, collaboration, training and education, access to resources, and influence in shaping disaster response and resilience policies and practices.
